Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. Should you have an issue or defect with your product, please contact us at frillsnthrillsboutiquee@gmail.com so we can discuss. We are not responsible for any shipping issues; those claims will need to be submitted to the postal service.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover shipping cost on any returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to the items being intimate wear we cannot accept returns.
Refunds
Should a product arrive damaged, you will be instructed on what steps to take, once verified by us we will send out a replacement. You maybe asked to send damaged item back to the warehouse.
